Bell Reporting prides ourselves on implementing the latest technology in order to give you 24/7 access to your very own personal deposition webpage. Upon receiving your unique username and password, you can log in to view your deposition calendar, invoice history, and transcript repository. Booking depositions are also just a few clicks away either via your personal webpage, or via Bell Reporting’s home page.
Available 24/7
In addition to your personal Bell Reporting webpage, the staff of Bell Reporting is available to meet your needs 24/7. We have extended office hours in order to accommodate all of your last minute needs. Forget to book a court reporter, or need an extra copy of the transcript before trial? No problem! We open at 7:30 am. Additionally after hours phone numbers and email addresses are available to you because we know that questions and requests don’t stop when the office closes at 5:30 pm.
Case Managers
Case managers are often assigned to those clients with a high volume of depositions, and/or a large case either locally or internationally. The purpose of these case managers is to oversee the account to insure that they are receiving the best possible service. At Bell Reporting our motto is, “We Never Take Your Business For Granted!” and we truly mean it. Putting a face with a name is just as important as receiving your business in our eyes!
