Meetings |
Let Bell Reporting™ provide one of its experienced court reporters for your upcoming meeting! Our court reporters are skilled in covering all types of meetings including large annual conferences, board meetings, panel discussions, public hearings and more.
Bell Reporting was founded by a veteran trial lawyer and a seasoned court reporter. The result is a company who understands you and your needs. Our mission is simple: to provide an accurate record at an affordable price. In order to insure that you receive the most accurate transcript, Bell Reporting has invested heavily in technology which will help greatly with your meeting. We utilize patented, cutting edge equipment which provides “professional studio grade” digital audio files which insures an accurate record. (We do not simply use tape recorders.) We also offer videography and “live-feed” videoconferencing for any persons that cannot attend your meeting. Additionally, our reporters are available to perform a site visit in advance of the meeting or conference. We will test the audio equipment to insure that the room acoustics and seating arrangements are adequate to obtain an accurate record.
When investigating rates from different companies, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Bell Reporting does not charge for our online repository, minuscripts, E-transcripts, ASCII disks, or any other hidden surcharges. Other companies tend to have additional page rates if the conferences or meetings include medical terminology, or if it’s being videotaped. Bell Reporting does not believe in these types of surcharges.
