Court Reporters with Top Secret Clearance Needed!
Bell Reporting is currently seeking court reporters to work on high-profile litigation with senior level U.S. Government officials in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Due to the classified nature of this assignment, a Top Secret clearance is required, preferably with SCI Access. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus to any reporters who come aboard for this task. In the event that you are not interested in this opportunity yourself, we are willing to offer you a $500 referral fee just for helping us out! This reward will be sent to you if we ultimately hire the person that you recommended to us.

Bell Reporting is seeking another outstanding Assistant Director of Business Development representative to add to our Washington, D.C. team. This position demands an energetic and highly-motivated candidate with the ability to work in an autonomous fashion. The Assistant Director of Business Development will, among other things, play an apprentice-like role in strengthening and developing our marketing and sales strategies to increase market share in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, all while receiving professional guidance and feedback.

Assistant Director of Transcript Production (Washington, D.C. Office)
Bell Reporting is looking to add another Assistant Director of Transcript Production to our growing Washington, D.C. team. We are only looking for passionate applicants, so if you are not hard working, looking to grow within a company, or looking to learn, learn, learn, then please do not apply.
This position is responsible for the production process of deposition transcripts and includes, among other things, producing, proofreading, editing, and printing of transcripts to ensure overall quality of product. In addition, candidates will need to be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, both internal and external, and customers by phone, e-mail, and face to face contact to provide customer support and relationship management.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A 4 year college degree, preferably in a business related field.
- 1-4 yrs of general business experience (counting relevant internships).
- A demonstrated history of initiative and achievement.
- An entrepreneurial and hard working spirit.
- The ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A burning desire to succeed and a goal oriented mentality.
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and address problems quickly and independently.
